Service Specific Courses
It would be appreciated if services who have booked customised training could provide us with a list of participants at least 1 week prior to the designated training date.
Changes to Online Registration Form
From 2010 the online registration form will include the lunch fee in the full day HACC funding rates that can be selected from the drop down box on the online registration form. The only time you will need to manually calculate course fees (including lunches if applicable) is for Special Rate courses.
Invoices
Invoices are only raised upon request due to the internal processes involved within the auspice body.
New Special Conditions for Accredited Training
Please note that on receipt of the enrolment form that the fee is non refundable if you withdraw from the course prior to commencement and due to the cost to run accredited training non attendance once course has commenced may result in the contracted normal fee being charged (i.e. the cost per person the HACC TP is charged).
Free Courses
For courses that are free there is no need to select a funding rate from the dropdown box on the online registration form. Put $0.00 in the Special Rate box and no fees will be calculated.

Please note that the HACC Training Course Registration Form no longer serves as a Tax Invoice. A Tax Invoice/Receipt for GST Purposes will be mailed to the 'Contact Person' specified on the course registration form, upon payment of the total amount due.
Please send payment to Gosford City Council, PO Box 21, Gosford NSW 2250. Please attach a copy of your registration form or ensure you specify the training course/s you are paying for.
