At Home Dementia Manual

It is recognised that some groups have significantly different living conditions at home, and different needs, lifestyles and priorities. All the information contained in this manual may not be relevant to all people with dementia and people with dementia from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.


The content of this book is presented by way of suggestion to aid problem solving by carers.
